What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a traditional system of medicine used
for over 2,500 years to restore and maintain good health. Acupuncture is holistic and works to maintain balance in all aspects of well-being, physical, mental and emotional. It is thus helpful for anxiety, mood swings, depression and other signs of emotional imbalance.

Acupuncture focuses on the root of ill-health and the individual, rather than merely treating symptoms. This can result in a more permanent resolution to chronic health problems.

Acupuncture is complementary and will not interfere with medication or treatment received from your GP.
